SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping can take anywhere from 5-21 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We want you to be pleased with what you buy so if you are not, please read the following return/exchange policy.
If we goofed (it happens!) and sent you the wrong item, color, we will reimburse you for the return postage but we don't provide return shipping labels. We will credit your card for the item/s and the postage if the item is in its’ original condition. We request that you return it via Postal Service.
Your card will be credited or you will be sent your requested exchange after your return is inspected and approved for return or exchange by our quality control department. We will notify you.
If you are returning a purchase for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping. We will pay the re-shipping to you of an exchanged item that is full price.
Original shipping fees are not refundable on any returns.
